Lewis H. Fraley, a member of the Board of Aldermen of Frederick City, Md., and head salesman of B. Rosenour & Sons, of Frederick City, son of Augustus and Adaline (Young) Fraley, both deceased, was born in Frederick, January 28, 1863.
