Lewis Otte, a well-known citizen of Frederick and proprietor of the Buffalo Hotel Cafe, at No. 31 and 33 West Patrick street, is a native of the city of Hanover, Germany, where he was born June 10, 1870. He is a son of Theodore and Augusta Otte.
Theodore Otte was born in Germany in 1838, and died in 1906. His wife Augusta is likewise a native of that country, and is living in Hanover, Germany. They were the parents of these children: Charlotte, of Hanover, …
